Simone Canovi
Account Manager

He was born in Rome on November 14, 1975, gratuated in Law from Lumsa University and received his Masters in Marketing and Sport Management from European School of Economics. Already a lawyer and FIFA agent, he has worked at Canovi & Partners, developing and implementing relationships with agents and clubs all over the world following world-renowned footballers. He collaborated in the technical area of Viterbese Calcio and then moved on to the scouting area of AS Roma, holding the role of Master Scout for 5 seasons. As manager of the international sector of the first team, U19 and U17, he reviewed and wrote reports over 2000 profiles for the Capitoline club from all around the world. This was done by attending the most important tournaments in Europ, Central and South America, Asia and Africa. He is currently part of the teaching staff at the Università del Calcio (University of Soccer) and has decided to devote all of his professional exoerience to he world of women's soccer.

Giulia Rossi

She was born in Rome on December 16, 1996, gratuated from a linguistic high school to then undertake the university course of the Faculty of Languages for Interpreting and Translation at the University of Internaltional Studies of Rome UNINT, thus further expanding her knowledge of English, Spanish and French. She is a partner of an Italian company in the field of electronic components. As a former footballer, during her career, she played in several Serie B teams. Due to a career ending injury, she decided to devote all of her efforts in the field of management to grow and develop the movement of Italian women's soccer. She collaborated with the management of the Università del Calcio (University of Soccer).

Adriano Cesarini
Account Manager

He was born in Rome on June 12, 1996, graduated from a linguistic high school and then continued his studies at the Università del Calcio (University of Soccer) directed by Dr. Mario Sconcerti, he obtained the Football Master sponsored by CONI, FIGC, ASI and MSA. During his career he worked at the Academy of Carpi FC as territorial manager for the Lazio region and abroad, contributed to the organization of events and headed communication and marketing. During the red and white parenthesis at Carpi, he obtained the diplomas of "Instructor for Basic Activities" and of "Manager of the Soccer Schools" UEFA E Grassroots of the Italian Soccer Federation. Afterwards he held the role of communication manager of RIA Management, where he started managing the first players. Moved by a great passion and responsibility, he currently devotes himself daily to the development and growth of the women's football movement and collaborates with the management of the Università del Calcio (University of Soccer).

Dario Canovi
Legal Advisor

Born in Trieste, on October 4, 1939, he has two degrees in Law, Commander and lawyer and is known by everyone as the pioneer of sports agents. He joined the world of football in 1974, becoming an AIC trustee lawyer. During his prestigious career as a sports agent, he has assisted internationally renowned athletes and 14 World Champions. He is currently part of the Exam Commission for the CONI qualification exam which is required in order to become a sports agent. He also provides legal aid to all Women Soccer World athletes.

Nils Christiansen
Account Manager

Nils Christiansen born in 1960 in Kristiansand Norway. Currently living in Sweden with her girlfriend and a 6 years old French Bulldog. Involved in Female football since 1995 as an Agent, Coach, assistant coach and Sporting Director, the experienced Norwegian Nils has coached on every level and has been an assistant coach and sporting Manager in a Norwegian Toppserien club in 2010 (Donn Toppfotball).
Nils speaks Norwegian, Swedish and English. He has mostly worked as a player agent since 2011 and has done business in several countries as in Norway, Sweden, England, Italy, Germany, and the USA. He has also worked as a scout for many teams in the same period and has facilitated transfers both nationally and internationally.
The new representative is ambitious and passionate about improving the situation of players in women’s football.
